‘Post’ on Sundays (24)

December 2, 2012 bookcloseouts.com, Post on Sundays, Stacking the Shelves 34

**’Post’ on Sundays is a weekly/biweekly post here at Forever 17 Books where I can share with you all the goodies I have received, bought or borrowed. This post was inspired by In My Mailbox by The Story Siren.**

I have decided to start linking up with Tynga’s Reviews and the Stalking the Shelves meme!

Lots of goodies this week since I received my order from BookCloseOuts that I made over last weekend’s huge Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale.

**Before you check out what I got this week, I just wanted to share with you all that Forever 17 Books is now on Facebook, which you can find HERE! To celebrate I’m throwing a giveaway, which you can find HERE!

ย  ย

-Timeless by Alexandra Monir Super excited because I love time travel!
-The Hunt by Andrew Fukuda Vampires + Dystopian = awesome!
-Invasion (C.H.A.O.S. #1) by Jon S. Lewis “…An unstoppable cyborg mix of Fringe meets The X-Files.” I had not heard of this before I saw it on sale but I had to get it!
-Time Riders by Alex Scarrow Another totally awesome sounding time travel novel!
-Sweethearts by Sara Zarr I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was a signed copy! I only paid $1.99 for this one alone.
-Darkness Becomes Her (Gods & Monsters #1) by Kelly Keaton This sounds really intriguing! I was surprised it wasn’t already on my list before I bought it.
-Nick and Norah’s Infinite Playlist by Rachel Cohn and David Levithan Been meaning to pick this up for awhile so perfect timing to take advantage of the sale!
-Dash and Lily’s Book of Dares by Rachel Cohn and David Levithan Same reason as above!

I bought all of those for only $33, including shipping! SCORE!

-Prodigy Prize pack! Includes new hardcover of Legend by Marie Lu + Prodigy t-shirt and flashlight! I won this over at Once Upon a Twilight. Love it so much!

For Review:

-The Sea of Tranquility by Katja Millay Sooooooo excited I was approved for this one! Thank you Atria Books and Netgalley!

I pretty much feel like I am swimming in books at this point. I wish I could read faster! There are so many I want to read at once. ๐Ÿ™

Eeek! Sara, you WILL LOVE Sea of Tranquility! So many feels!!! Your haul is indeed, massive this week. I hope you’ll find the time. I’m planning to skip meals, forgo sleep and forget showering just so I can make a dent on my pile. I’ve already warned everyone. I kid you not. Lol.

I reeeeeeally want to read Sea of Tranquility right away but I must resist and wait a couple weeks! Skipping meals is probably something I should do for more reading time. lol Good luck making your dent!

Book Closeouts is awesome isn’t it! I didn’t order anything from them this Black Friday, but their sales are amazing, and I’m so happy I found them.

I can’t wait to see what you think of Dash and Lily. It’s gotten pretty mixed reviews, but it’s cute and the perfect holiday read.

Sweethearts and Nick & Norah’s Infinite Playlist were both really good! And then I received Sea of Tranquility as well and I can’t wait to read it!

    Great haul!

I’ve been contemplating the audio for Dash & Lily. It’s the only way I’ll get to it anytime in the next six months. ๐Ÿ™ I’ve seen The Sea of Tranquility EVERYWHERE this week. I can’t wait to see what you think. I have too much on my plate as it is to take that one on, too, but I’m very curious because I don’t know anyone who’s said anything negative about it.

Great stack! Now you’ve got me on that website looking at books (sooo not good for my budget, lol!). I’m going to read Sea of Tranquility this month. I’ve heard it’s so good.

Thanks for stopping by Book Sojourner!
