From Goodreads:

Bones meets Fringe in a big, dark, scary, brilliantly-plotted urban thriller that will leave you guessing until the very end.

Nearly Boswell knows how to keep secrets. Living in a DC trailer park, she knows better than to share anything that would make her a target with her classmates. Like her mother’s job as an exotic dancer, her obsession with the personal ads, and especially the emotions she can taste when she brushes against someone’s skin. But when a serial killer goes on a killing spree and starts attacking students, leaving cryptic ads in the newspaper that only Nearly can decipher, she confides in the one person she shouldn’t trust: the new guy at school—a reformed bad boy working undercover for the police, doing surveillance. . . on her.

Nearly might be the one person who can put all the clues together, and if she doesn’t figure it all out soon—she’ll be next.

Why I Can’t Wait: Love me a thriller! Oh and a reformed bad boy? Definitely sparks my interest! Also wondering why Nearly is being watched… Can’t wait to see how this all plays out!

This book really had me from the first few lines. I’m not sure how I feel about the thriller aspect .

I have never heard of this one but it sounds like thrilling thriller (okay that was lame). I hope you’ll get the book soon cause I can’t wait to see what you think of it! 🙂

I was sold by those first three words in the synopsis. And then the cover with the sweaty upper lip? I kinda love that…screams thriller to me. 😛 Haven’t heard of this one, so thanks for putting it on my radar! 😀

This was going to be my pick…but then I found a new cover yesterday and my OCDness can’t have two covers that don’t match so I had to change it. I don’t really like creepy but this one looks soooo good! I want it!

That cover! Wowza, so cool 🙂 This thriller looks awesome, and I hadn’t even heard of it before. Great pick, I’m going to go add it to my tbr pile asap!

This is a wonderful pick Sara, I hadn’t heard of this book before, but the wonderful mix of mystery and the vibe of danger it’s giving off make it sound like a fantastic read! Thanks for putting it on my radar! 🙂
