Three Year Blogoversary Celebration Giveaway! Take One

March 28, 2015 Blogoversary, Giveaway 63

It’s my 3 Year Blogoversary!

I cannot even fathom how it has been three years already. It feels like I just started blogging yesterday!

A lot has changed this past year. I had a baby (who is 11 months today)! I got my little girl I’ve always wanted who joined my amazing boys! My family is complete and I couldn’t be happier!

Which leads to the obvious if you’ve been checking out my blog lately, I’m not around as much. It’s extremely hard to find the time to read let alone write reviews like I used to. But even though I’ve slowed down, I’m still here and don’t plan on going anywhere. I still have a huge love for reading and like to share my thoughts and feeling about the books I do make time to read.

I’ve also took on another job, selling Jamberry nail wraps! We have 300+ designs so if you are someone who likes pretty nails, check my website out! I’m also in the middle of designing a set for book lovers. ๐Ÿ™‚

So as a thank you for all of my readers for these past two years, I have a few giveaways planned for the next few days. Some will be US/CAN but I will also have one for my International readers as well.

I am super excited about this first giveaway, which is also following the same trend I used the past two years. As someone who doesnโ€™t live in the prime location for author signings and events, it is hard not to look forward to bringing you guys this first giveaway. In May I will be attending the Rochester Teen Book Festival. It is an annual event where approximately 30 authors attend to talk about their books and sign copies for the fans. Iโ€™ve attended that past three years and each time was so much fun!

So for this first giveaway I am offering TWO lucky US/CAN readers the chance to pick a book from one of the following authors who are scheduled to attend and I will get you a copy PERSONALIZED to you! Please note: I recommend having a second choice just in case something happens and an author has to back out of the event last minute.

(I’m too lazy to post all of the covers like I normally do so I’ll just list the authors, mmkay?)

Sarah Dessen
-Lock and Key
-Along for the Ride
-Just Listen
-Keeping the Moon
-This Lullaby
-The Truth About Forever
(I could go on and on!)

Gayle Forman
-If I Stay
-Where She Went
-Just One Day
-Just One Year
-I Was Here

Jessica Brody
-52 Reasons to Hate my Father
-My Life Undecided

Katie McGarry
-Pushing the Limits
-Dare You To
-Crash Into You
-Take Me On

Jennifer Lynn Barnes
-Every Other Day
-The Naturals
-Killer Instinct
-Raised by Wolves

Julie Kagawa
-The Immortal Rules
-The Eternity Cure
-The Forever Song
-The Iron King

Sarah J. Maas
-Throne of Glass
-Crown of Midnight
-Heir of Fire
-The Assassin’s Blade
-A Court of Thorns and Roses

*If for some reason I donโ€™t mention a specific book by the author that you are interested in and it is reasonably priced, please let me know. I just didnโ€™t want to take the time to list everything theyโ€™ve written.

Honestly, there are so many more authors I plan on seeing but I am fearful I wonโ€™t have time for everyone so these are the authors I chose for this giveaway.

The Rochester Teen Book Festival is scheduled for May 16th, which is a couple weeks after this giveaway ends. Books will be mailed to the winners during the week after the event.

Giveaway Rules:

1. Giveaway is US/CAN only! (So sorry International followers but I do have something for you tomorrow!)
2. Must be at least 13 years old to enter.
3. Winner has 48 hours to respond or another winner will be selected.
4. I am not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
5. Please follow the entry directions in the rafflecopter. (I do check and will delete entries that do not follow the directions. If you have any questions on how to enter, please ask!)

Once again, thank you to all the wonderful readers, bloggers and authors who have made this past year so much fun! Hereโ€™s hoping for another great year! Donโ€™t forget to stop back over the next few days for more giveaways.

  10. Jennifer @ Some Like It Paranormal

Oooh I love Jamberry nails! I won a giftcard awhile back and was able to get a few free sets! Loved them! They don’t last quite as long as my gel manicure but they are so cute and easy to put on. Congrats on 3 years! I passed mine without ever having time to even celebrate. I am definitely way more busy and unable to post as much anymore either but I do still love to read and check in when I can. As for the questions. If I won I would choose Julie Kagawa. There was as signing with her near me year or so ago and I was so sad to miss it for a friends birthday. Sounds like a great event! Hope you have fun!

So many amazing books up there! I have a soft spot for Sarah Dessen. Her books make me all warm and fuzzy and I MUST get the new Gayle Forman — she never disappoints me either. I read all the JKagawa and KMcGarry books up there, and have all the SMaas books. Great list!

  13. Emma A

I would definitely choose The Assassinโ€™s Blade by Sarah J. Maas! Thank you so much for the opportunity to win!

I would definitely choose something by Sarah Dessen! But I have no idea what :/
Not many exciting things have happened this year… I’m a senior, so it’s mostly just stressful! I got into my top choice colleges? Which could be very exciting or not exciting at all (:

I would choose Talon by Julie Kagawa. I’ve already read this one but I loved it and haven’t had a chance to buy it even though I pre-ordered the second one haha!

  18. Kelly Peterson

So, seeing as I already have just about every single SJMaas book personalized, I’m totally going with Julie Kagawa on this one! Have you read her Iron King series? It’s good. You won’t think so at first, but once you get passed the first book, all of a sudden, you’re entranced!!! I’m going with Iron King and Talon. =) I haven’t read Talon yet, because I’m just not sure I can jump on the dragon bandwagon, but I’m more than happy to try!!!

Thanks for the giveaway, and congrats ๐Ÿ™‚

  29. Zulfa B

I really want Heir of Fire signed by Sarah even though I have books signed by her and met her (I want all my books to be signed) but since I already have signed books by her and pre-ordered a signed ACOTAR I’d get Talon signed by Julie Kagawa ๐Ÿ™‚
