‘Post’ on Sundays (64)

July 23, 2017 Post on Sundays 14

**’Post’ on Sundays is a weekly/biweekly post here at Forever 17 Books where I can share with you all the goodies I have received, bought or borrowed. I am linking up with Tynga’s Reviews and the Stacking the Shelves meme!

I can’t believe we are almost through the month of July! This summer, and well the year in general, are going so fast. It’s been quite busy in my household with school being out and all three kids being here all day but I love my time with my kids. We have a small pool this year that has been the focus every day.

I’ve also finally made the plunge and started Games of Thrones! It’ll be a slow process as I’m watching via Netflix DVDs for now but I’m a little ways into season two and loving it so far!

Now for the books! I’ve gotten quite a few new reads in the past couple weeks so here is what I got!

Little and Lion by Brandy Colbert – A HUGE THANK YOU to TheNovl for sending me this one to review! I’m about a third of the way through it and really enjoying it so far!

The Midnight Dance by Nikki Katz – I received this through #booksfortrade and look forward to checking it out!

Roar by Cora Carmack – I loved this one so much I ordered myself a signed copy! MY REVIEW

Here Lies Daniel Tate by Cristin Terrill – I’ve been so looking forward to this one so I had to grab myself a copy. I hope I get to it this summer!

My local indie was part of sidewalk sale the town holds annually and I took the opportunity to grab up a bunch of ARCs that I want to read and some I may trade or giveaway.

I also bought/received a few ebooks/eArcs as well!

Atheists Who Kneel and Pray by Tarryn Fisher – an easy one-click buy decision!

Black Lies by Alessandra Torre – I took advantage of it being free a couple weeks ago and downloaded it.

Hard Wired (Cyberlove #3) by Megan Erickson & Santino Hassell – I’ve read this one already. I didn’t love it as much as the previous two but a good addition to the series. My review will be up in August.

Trust by Kylie Scott – Definitely a page turner! MY REVIEW

Illegal Contact by Santino Hassell – I’ve already read this one and loved it! My review is coming soon!

How’s your summer going? Any new bookish goodies?

LOL Right? I’ve tried to avoid spoilers as much as I could in the years it has been on but of course I’m aware of a few deaths already. Hopefully I don’t know too much because I like the shock and surprise!

WOW that is a great haul. Once again for the one millionth time, I wish there was an indie bookstore near me. If I didn’t already have it, I would be hunting for a Grave Mercy ARC! It’s an old one for sure!

I adored Here Lies Daniel Tate! Such a trippy book. 😀 I hope you enjoy all of your new additions!

Have a wonderful week, Sara. =)

Wow, you killed it at that sidewalk sale!! You’ve got so many great looking new books. I’ve read both Illegal Contact and Hard Wired. I didn’t love Hard Wired as much as the others in the series but the newest one is fantastic. Illegal Contact was good but I like Hassell’s The Cummunity series a little better. Hope you love your new books and have a great week!

We used to have a pool when I was younger and I seriously lived in that thing. I’m such a mermaid at heart. I’ve been wanting to buy a pop-up one from Walmart but so far it’s been a no go. I can’t believe summer is almost over either. It’s gone by so fast! My sister is in HS and is already dreading going back to school haha. HERE LIES DANIEL TATE looks so good! I really like Cristin Terrill so I’m looking forward to reading this eventually. Can’t wait to see what you think about it!

We just have one of those cheap ones you put up that I grabbed at Toys R Us. It’s perfect for us.

I loved Cristin Terrill’s first novel so I’m excited for this latest read!
