Monthly Wrap Up – April

May 2, 2018 Monthly Wrap-Up 8

April

The warm spring weather is finally here!

April is a pretty busy month in my household. Two of my little ones have birthdays. Jacob is now 8 and Erin is 4. Not sure how my babies are so old already since I swear there were babies just a few days ago…

I love to make my kids special cakes with themes of their choosing. This has been particularly fun with Jacob, my now 8 year old, who sometimes comes up with off the wall ideas, like a calculator cake one year. This year he wanted a rainbow with clouds. Erin requested a My Little Pony type cake.

You made those cakes? That unicorn one is awesome! I’ve seen those around, but I’d never be able to make one. Good job! Funny that you said time is going fast when it comes to your kids growing up. My daughter is almost two and time still feels like it’s dragging. I’m sure someday I’ll feel the way you do! Haha!

OMG, those birthday cakes are so gorgeous. Almost too pretty to eat!

Looks like you picked up a lot of great arcs this month. I can’t wait to see what you think of What If It’s Us and Black Wings Beating.
